Players who wish to lend their account to others can now set a Master Password for their account by typing .mpset
The only way an account's affiliated email and password can be changed is by knowing the Master Password. For this reason the Master Password should be known by the account holder only, and should only be shared with another person if the account is being completely transferred to someone else.
If you're going to lend your account to someone set your Master Password using the command and that person will not be able to change the email or password associated with your account.

The idea here is to stop accounts from being compromised/stolen, but still allow people to share accounts with friends/guildmates/etc.
Next weekend we'll be enabling a command to change email addresses. Changing the email and password will require use of the master password. If you are the owner of an account and find that someone else has set a master password on your account, PM an administrator on the forums or page in game. You will be required to send an email from the address that is currently registered on the account to prove ownership.
